Dear Members,

How are you? I hope you have missed the flu bug which seems to be doing the rounds this last month or so.

Well the A.G.M. has come and gone and the first job of this letter is to tell you who the Committee is:

Chairman - Robin

Secretary - Ray Woolhouse.

Treasurer - Marian Woolhouse,

Lois Miller, Eleanor Longley, Des Duthie, Trevor Sampson.

Seven members in all (one of the rule changes, number of committee at this years A.G.M.)

On behalf of all members and friends we would like to thank Lois for all the time and hard work she has put in and all with a smile, who could not be pressed into another year of being Secretary but as you will see from the above she is still going to be active in a committee role.

We thank also John Miller for his time and wisdom who could not stand for re-election this year due to the fact that there are only 24 hours in a day and he would like 48.

News from the A.G.M. After a lot of debate, the proposal that we seek to become an affiliated member of the N.Z.N.F. with a capitation levy of l5c per member with voting rights in proportion, was carried.

Many thanks to Evan for his help at the Film Night and the A.G.M.

The beach list is being updated and developed by Trevor, so if any members have any information which might be useful, please let us know.

BIG REMINDER. Fees are new due, still only $2.50. Stickers are still available at 50c each. More about Tee Shirts for sale in the next newsletter. Also in the next newsletter we will be talking about Car Pools, getting more important now due to the increase in the cost of petrol.

In case anyone may have my incorrect phone number, the one to try should you wish to contact me is Manurewa 63735.

You may have forgotten that should you wish, the Naturist Magazine can be sent to you, this can be arranged.

Des has been very busy, and has compiled the new seasons first outing list. Hoping to see new and old members at the new and old venues.

To our new members, a lot of our venues usually involve a walk, so I would advise comfortable shoes and a easy to carry bag for all your gear.

Yours sincerely,
