Musick Point

The distance from Auckland City is about 17 km.

Where:-

Drive to the end of Bucklands Beach Road on the Howick peninsula, turn into Musick Point Road, and stop just short of the Howick Golf Course at a sign saying "Track" in the trees on the left. A short, steep track leads to several little sheltered, shelly coves.

What's there:-

The track has a heavy cable to hang on to; but still hopeless if wet, and impossible with small children. Not good for swimming.
