Trip Registration

Visiting a Beach? Planning an event? Looking for the like-minded, out there?

Are you hopeful of finding like-minded naturists on your beach visit(s)? Register your trip, or event intentions in this section, so that others can join you on the day.

We see two main purposes for the registration of an intent to visit a place:
• to encourage others to visit on that day, or join that trip, and:
• to offer new visitors advice on when to go to 'the place to be'.

We can also suggest suitable accommodation options and hosts in variuous areas around the country, for those interested in events longer than a day trip.

Camp Fire

Waitangi
Week Campout (Far North)

This event is set for the week following Waitangi Weekend 2016. It is supported by accommodation options at Paradise, Northland Ostrich & Emu, Waitata Bay and OakLeaf Naturist Homestay for those looking to extend their stay in the Far North, either before or after the main week!

This is a multi-venue trip which inculdes the following places:-
Puketi Forest Pools
Ngawha Springs
Aroha Island
'Big Backyard' campout (with day trips to Wainui Beach, Butterfly Bay and/or St Pauls Dome / Mahine Peninsular)
Paradise

At the main campout (the Big Backyard), facilities include hot showers, flush toilets and a good kitchen. There is campervan access and lots of room - tents also welcome! A sheltered creek runs across the northern edge of the camp area and an extensive bush walk is possible over the creek. (And a spa is also a possibility.)

Skinny-dip Down a Moonbeam

Karekare Walk
and/or Swim (at Karekare Beach on Auckland's West Coast)

Now we are into spring and the weather is warming up a little, I try to get to the beach at Karekare (West Auckland) on a regular basis and once out of the "populated" area haven't had a problem being naked in the sea or on the beach. So, if the weather is fine (i.e. not raining) I intend to be there on Sundays usually around 10am. Probably on the beach for 2-3 hours, depending on the weather. If anyone would care to join me for a walk along the beach and possible dip in the sea, you would be welcome (contact details: line 3, above). I would like to try and make this a regular outing when the weather warms up. Meet in the Karekare beach car park at 10am, by my little blue Suzuki Swift.

Join me, to help make this a regular outing in the warmer weather.

A picture Leigh Lodge (Journeys End)

A pictureLeigh Lodge is visited annually by members of the Canterbury Region, usually in early Autumn. A large outdoor BBQ area adjoins the lounge which has a substantial kitchen with four fridges. Although there are bunks to sleep up to about 50, the Fire Service has prohibited overnight use of that building, pending upgrades (currently unafordable). However, day visits are allowed. There are several bush walks, and the lodge is almost surrounded by a plesant and safe stream.

Drive 40 km north of central Christchurch on State Highway 1, then through Rangiora to Loburn.

Greendale day Boat trip (Whanganui River)

The Whanganui Riverboat Centre is interested in hosting a naturist river cruise on their paddleboat, the PS Waimarie. The NZNF is collecting information on prices and numbers but this would be a wonderful day trip, with lunch provided on the way.

Greendale day Naturist retreat

Braemar Lodge & Spa in Hanmer Springs is secluded and private - perfect for a naturist retreat. Guests could walk the lawns in total privacy if the location was booked exclusively. They have offered suggestions for both mid-week and weekend exclusive accommodation options and a cooked breakfast and set 3 course dinner can also be catered for.

This is a luxury lodge and guests are able to take advantage of all that Hanmer Springs has to offer - walks, thermal pools, mountain biking, jet boating etc.
