The site is divided into five colour-coded parts. Those with a 'sandy' background generally relate to public options for Naturist recreation (mostly beaches). The pages with a 'grassy' background indicate accommodation possibilities. A pink background indicates events or happenings. A 'brown-fade' indicates a miscellany of Legality & Research items. Other pages are mostly blue. In general, locations are listed from north to south.
The first menu: Home, is about Free Beaches NZ Inc. giving some background on the organisation itself, as well as access to forms for membership, merchandise and contact.
The second menu, Happenings, indicates our events, both nationally, and on a regional basis.
The third: Localities, presents both beach venues (sandy background) and Naturist-friendly places to stay (grassy) around the country. In the case of the Places to Stay, there are only a few specific places itemised on the drop-down menu. That's because they refer to a page on this site - there are many more places available; but they're on external links.
The fourth of the top menu items: Key Information covers items related to Naturism as a concept or lifestyle and includes legal matters as well as academic research, opinions, and other aspects.
The fifth part (this one) offers guidance on navigating this site. There are also external links - national: to the NZNF clubs; to overseas organisations; and also to New Zealand tour operators.
Note that there is a page attached to each menu item, including all the 'top' ones.
An alternative way to navigate the site is from: Overview which has a full set of main pages and links.
Under Localities, 'quick reference' pages give immediate access to the more popular options in the specified categories, thus:-
Places to Stay goes direct to popular options for accommodation, events, tours, etc.
Notable Beaches offers a brief outline of the six most frequently used beaches in the country.
